Kith Haven employees approximately 195 employees. All employees, contractual workers including physicians or anyone who has contact with the residents must have a criminal background check completed prior to providing services here at Kith Haven. All employees goes through a complete employment process that includes a careful review of the employment application/resume, interview, and a minimum of two employment references prior to being considered for employment.
